Delivery/Orders

Thank you for your interest in the Echarger range of environmentally friendly portable device chargers.

If you would like to place an order, please follow the instructions below. If you have any queries, or would like to check the compatibility of our mobile chargers with your particular portable device(s), then please feel free to contact us.

How to order

• Choose your required product(s)

• Click the corresponding BUY button

• You will then be taken to the PayPal website and guided through the secure payment process

• Your order will be despatched immediately for next working day delivery

 

Delivery Information

We use Royal Mail for both UK and Worldwide deliveries.

Orders are despatched Monday to Friday and most customers receive their consignment on the next working day. However, we do ask that you allow up to 14 days for delivery.

If you do not reside in the UK then please email us before placing your order. Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to longer delivery times depending on the destination.

Delivery Terms

• Orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday for items held in stock will generally be despatched from our premises the same day.

• Orders received after 3pm for stock items will generally be despatched the next day (excluding weekends).

• Should an item be out of stock or classed as a special order, we will obtain it as soon as possible.

• We will inform you via email if an item is out of stock or classed as a special order, and give you the opportunity to either cancel your order and receive a full refund, or choose an alternative product.

• Royal Mail 1st Class/Signed for items should arrive within 1–3 working days. If you have not received anything within this time then please contact us for your tracking number.

• We must allow 15 working days for delivery of a 1st Class/Signed for item before making a claim and can only issue a replacement once this time period has elapsed.

• Special Delivery is guaranteed next day before 12 noon. If you have selected this delivery option but have not received your order within this time then please contact us for your tracking number.

 

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary depending on the product(s) purchased and the quantity ordered and will be shown when you place your order.
